Hello, My name is Arunima Mukherjee, a MBA in Human Resource, running WAVE where I fight for the rights of ill-fated women who are victims of domestic violence whether physical or mental, sex abused at home or workplace or are victims of any form of exploitation. I am also a certified member of the Human Rights Commission of India. At WAVE, I help the victims by giving them proper guidance, both moral & legal through my associate team of lawyers & help the victims reach out to the National Commission for Women (NCW), Government of India.
I started WAVE after realizing my biggest life lessons through my relation with people - "You will be treated exactly the way you allow others to treat you". So, First thing first - Don't let people treat you the way you do not like to be treated. STOP them there! At first instance.
